Yes. special.lu is the brand of Live Production S.à r.l.-S, a registered Luxembourg company (RCS B288883, VAT LU36114774). You get proper, VAT-compliant quotes and invoices.

Because we don't sell fixed boxes — every project is scoped to what you actually need. Tell us about yours and we'll send a tailored quote with no obligation. All amounts are quoted excluding VAT; Luxembourg's 17% VAT is added where it applies.

Pricing is custom to each project, so we don't publish a rate card. The fastest way to a real number is to tell us what you're planning — we'll build a quote around it. Quotes are issued as a clear online proposal you can review and accept.

The studio has its own officiant who writes a warm, custom ceremony around you and your story — "not a script read off a card."

Your own site in your language: your story, schedule, RSVP (with meal choices, dietary needs and song requests), travel and hotel info, a gift registry or honeymoon fund, a guestbook and a live countdown.

Yes — conferences, company events, galas and awards, plus speaker, audience and networking coverage, in photo and video. We can also set up on-site headshots and capture short social clips from the day.

Everything from a sharp one-page presence to multi-page custom sites, online shops, booking systems, client portals, multilingual sites and integrations — plus ongoing care, hosting and content. We offer three tiers: Presence (look credible fast), Brand (most popular — full site, photo session and a short brand film) and Bespoke (shops, portals, custom features).

Yes — we build privacy-first. Our own platform runs with essential cookies only by default, no advertising or cross-site tracking, and we include the privacy policy and legal notice your site needs.

Through a private online gallery in our client portal, plus delivery on SSD. You can view everything full-resolution, pick your favourites, leave comments (including timestamped comments on videos) and download.

Yes. You can log in to your account, or open a share link that can be password-protected and set to expire. Videos play directly in the browser — self-hosted, with no third-party tracking.

Yes — you can share your gallery link, and (depending on the settings we apply for your project) others can view and download from it too.

Yes — you download full-resolution files from your gallery. Ask us and we'll confirm the print and usage terms for your project in plain language.
