Diese Datenschutzerklärung erläutert, wie special.lu (betrieben von Live Production S.à r.l.-S, Luxemburg) deine personenbezogenen Daten im Einklang mit der EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) und dem luxemburgischen Recht erhebt, verwendet und schützt.

1. Wer wir sind

2. Welche Daten wir erheben

Wir erheben die Informationen, die du uns übermittelst (zum Beispiel Name, E-Mail und Nachricht, wenn du uns kontaktierst oder ein Gespräch buchst), sowie begrenzte technische Daten, die für den sicheren Betrieb der Website nötig sind. Wir verwenden keinerlei Analyse- oder Tracking-Tools.

3. Analytics — privacy-first and cookieless

We run our own lightweight, privacy-first analytics to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. For each page view we record only the page path, the host of the referring website (never the full link), an approximate country (derived at our network edge), a coarse device type (such as mobile or desktop), and a salted, daily-rotating hash used to estimate visitor numbers. We do NOT use cookies for this, we do NOT store your IP address, we do NOT build profiles, and we do NOT track you across other websites. We honour the browser "Do Not Track" signal — if it is enabled, no analytics request is sent at all. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding and improving how our website is used; because the data is minimal and not linked to your identity, this is balanced against your rights. As this analytics sets no cookies and stores no personal identifiers, no cookie-consent banner is required.

Wir verwenden ausschließlich essenzielle, technisch notwendige Cookies, die für den sicheren Betrieb der Website erforderlich sind. Wir nutzen keinerlei Analyse oder Tracking, setzen keine Werbe- oder seitenübergreifenden Tracking-Cookies, unsere Schriften sind selbst gehostet und wir laden Drittanbieter-Einbettungen nicht automatisch. Da keine nicht-essenziellen Cookies gesetzt werden, ist kein Cookie-Banner erforderlich.

6. Weitergabe & Übermittlungen

Wir verkaufen deine Daten nicht. Wir geben sie nur an vertrauenswürdige Dienstleister weiter (zum Beispiel unsere Buchungs- und Hosting-Anbieter) unter geeigneten Auftragsverarbeitungsverträgen und nur, soweit es zur Erbringung der Leistung nötig ist.

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU) — website hosting and storage of your files and galleries.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, with EU edge locations) — content delivery, DNS and security protection for the site.
• Our email provider, used to send service and booking-related messages.

Your data is hosted and stored within the EU (Germany). Some processing by Cloudflare may involve transfers to the United States; these are covered by appropriate safeguards — the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Email handled outside the EU, where applicable, is likewise covered by appropriate safeguards.

8. Aufbewahrung

Wir bewahren personenbezogene Daten nur so lange auf, wie es für die oben genannten Zwecke erforderlich oder gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist.

• Contact and booking enquiries: kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards, then deleted if no project follows.
• Client accounts and gallery media: kept for the duration of your project and the agreed delivery and access period, then removed unless you ask us to keep them longer.
• Invoicing and accounting records: kept for the period required by Luxembourg tax and commercial law.
• Analytics data: retained only in aggregate, with no identifier that points back to you.

7. Deine Rechte

We do not make decisions about you that are based solely on automated processing, and we do not carry out profiling.

11. Children

This website and our services are intended for adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
